These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Fulfillance Ride Lab’s website and services at fulfillinglance.bond (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase services. Courses are intended for adults to coach children under their care.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it. Provide accurate information and update it as needed.

Purchases and refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Refund requests are assessed case-by-case within a reasonable period from purchase, subject to applicable law and course usage.

Safety disclaimer

Riding a bicycle involves inherent risk. Our courses promote safe practices, but we cannot eliminate all risk. You agree to supervise children and use appropriate safety gear at all times.

Prohibited conduct

• Copying, redistributing, or reselling course materials without permission.
• Interfering with security features or attempting unauthorized access.
• Using the Site in violation of laws or rights of others.

Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Site are owned by Fulfillance Ride Lab or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fulfillance Ride Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
